 | REWORK PROGRAM FOR BRIVIS AD EVAPORATIVE COOLERS |
Brivis Climate Systems Pty Ltd has identified a potential defect in the water circulating pump of some evaporative cooler units manufactured and sold in Australia from 28th August 2000 to 21st November 2003. Brivis also manufactured units which were distributed under the Carrier brand. The affected units are:
• Brivis AD Series Evaporative Coolers
• Carrier 29CB Series Evaporative Coolers
Serial Number Range 403265 thru to 563076
The water circulating pump in these units may fail and, in extremely rare cases, property damage and/or personal injury could result.
If you had a Brivis AD or Carrier 29CB evaporative cooler installed in your premises between 28th August 2000 and 21st November 2003, please stop operating the unit. We deeply regret the inconvenience that this will cause but believe it to be in your best interest as a precautionary measure.
